We are currently seeking to employ a Policy Dialogue and Capacity-building Expert who possesses the following professional experience: 

 
Professional Experience

• Expertise in institutional capacity-building for Government Departments;

Experience in:

• management of EU-funded projects;
• developing training materials and facilitating training workshops;
• management of public procurement procedures.

• Technical expertise in one or more sectors of JWF policy dialogue and cooperation would be and advantage;

• Work experience of middle-income countries, preferably Angola, would be an advantage.
