Requirements

This evaluation will serve to understand the performance of the Intervention, its enabling factors and those hampering a proper delivery of results in order to adjust its design or implementing modalities and to inform the planning of future EU interventions in the same sector under the Multiannual Indicative Programme 2021-2027, currently under development.

Profile Required

Education

• 5 years Master´s degree on environment/energy or any other relevant area.

Professional Experience

At least:

• 6 years in renewable energy/energy efficiency.
• Preference given to consultants having previous evaluation experience and to those having experience in Cuba and the Caribbean region.
