Profile Required

Education

• Master’s Degree in a field related to the assignment (political science, law, international relations, etc.) or equivalent professional experience (at least 7 years above the general professional experience specified below).

Professional Experience

At least

• 12 years of professional experience relevant for the Lot.
• 5 years in project evaluation;
• 1 year of which as a Team Leader.
• 3 EU-funded projects in evaluation.

• Local expertise and/or knowledge of the Ukrainian context is considered an asset.
• Language skills: • Fluency in English • Knowledge of Ukrainian or/and Russian (minimum level B1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) is considered an asset.
