CESO, as part of an international consortium for the EU SEA 2023 Framework Contract is seeking to broaden its network with skilled local partners and experts who are interested in engaging in projects within the target countries.

We are reinforcing our pool of experts for assignments across various SEA2023 priorities under the scope of LOT 9 requests’ for services. Being part of our pool of experts will allow us to identify your profile more promptly and effectively, when a suitable opportunity arises.

Position: Local Companies, Institutions, Organisations, etc., or Private Consultants

Location: worldwide

The relevant sectors for this project are the following:
   •   Human Rights Based Approach (HBRA)
   •   Human Rights
   •   Support to democratisation
   •   Reinforcement of the rule of law and administration of justice
   •   Public administration reform and organisational development of public institutions
   •   Elections
   •   Social Inclusion and Protection (formal and informal)
   •   Gender equality and women’s empowerment

Language skills:
• Excellent command of English
• Fluency on any other EU27 languages will be an asset.
