Functional Analysis and Restructuring Plan of the Ministry of Labour
The project aimed to review the role and functions of the Ministry of Labour and its subordinate agencies so that they can firmly respond to political priorities, establishing an updated definition of the role of Government.
The intervention looked for efficiency gains in staff allocation, use of resources, decision-making and communication systems, and sought to improve the provision of services and policy design, ensure that functions and activities were operated at the adequate level of Government, and improve resource management systems.
