Final evaluation of the Structural Adjustment Facility II (FAS II)

Study of the effectiveness and impact of the reform programme foreseen in the scope of the FAS II, namely:

• Analysis of the degree of realisation of the conditions imposed for the two trenches of the FAS II;
• Study of the results produced by the measures and reforms carried out in the scope of the programme;
• Identification of the constrains the programme was not able to address;
• Analysis of the Macroeconomic framework.
