Study for the Creation of an Information System (Juridical Database) in each of the Portuguese-speaking African Countries
The project is part of the Regional Indicative Programme for Portuguese Speaking African Countries framework “Support to the Development of the Judiciary Systems”.
The objectives of the feasibility and identification study were:
- Elaboration of a justified strategic proposal or guidelines and an execution model for the implementation of an information system (juridical database) in the Portuguese Speaking African Countries;
- Establishment of the conditions for the sustainability of this component of the project;
- Preparation of the necessary documents, according to the conclusion of the study, for analysis and approval by the Coordination Committee of the project (namely the Terms of reference and Financing Proposal).
