Analysis of the Human Resources Situation in the Maputo Municipality
The study aimed to identify options for efficiency gains and savings, and to implement a good management and allocation of human resources that could be immediately adopted and implemented.
The process involved collecting information, making a basis analysis and identifying the main issues related to the human resources management, in order to sustain the future Functional Analysis of the Municipality and the implementation of the municipal systems to be developed. Some recommendations were produced for the introduction of quick efficiency gains in human resources management, in line with the appropriate functions of the Municipality
