Within the framework of the long history of collaboration with the Ministry of Economy and Planning of Angola, namely in areas related to the formulation, implementation and evaluation of public policies, CESO organized a master class in Monitoring of Programs and Projects. This master class was delivered on-line by CESO's CEO, Rui Miguel Santos, on the 13th, 14th and 15th of April, with the active participation of more than 100 managers and technical staff from the central and provincial structures of the National Planning System. The sessions addressed topics such as logical models, analytical, planning, monitoring and evaluation tools.
