Through partnerships with the University of Maastricht and the Department of International Relations - School of Political Sciences – from the University of Florence, CESO has been receiving, under the Erasmus program, collaboration from young European students interested in deepening their knowledge in matters related to the global development theme.

Through short-term internships in the field of management of Development Projects, students with backgrounds in areas such as Economics, Business Management, Political Science, International Relations or Sociology are part of project managers team in CESO’s technical departments.

In order to acquire relevant skills and practical knowledge in the labor market, trainees collaborate in liaising with the teams that are working in the field, in contacts with our clients, in particular with government entities and also with the Donors, such as the European Commission, the World Bank or the United Nations specialized agencies.
