The ceremony took place at the city council of Santa Catarina and was headed by the local Mayor. At the event MCC and MCA representatives highlighted the substantial impact of this reform to the country’s development, while the president of the Águas de Santiago, made reference to the high expectations for this project. The Consortium SEURECA / CESO presented some of the key experts and its overall strategy to support the set up and start of operation of the new company.
